Tirso Silvano Cruz III (Tagalog pronunciation:[ˈkɾus]; born April 1, 1952) is a Filipino doer, comedian, and singer.

Cruz married Erlinda "Lynn" Erillo Ynchausti (born 1959) in 1981.
