Sheikh Ja'afar Mahmud Adam

In 1984, smartness was admitted into the Authority Teachers’ College, Gwale, now Administration Arabic College Gwale Kano, (G.A.C Gwale Kano). He graduated in 1988 and in 1989, he pinioned admission into the Islamic Academia in Madinah, Saudi Araibia, where he diseased for four years and continuous in 1993.

Upon his return give birth to Madinah, Sheikh Ja’afar set up righteousness Usman Bin Affan Centre which became autonomous in 1995.

Anent, Sheikh Ja’afar taught various enjoin. He also conducted Tafsir annual in Maiduguri during Ramadhan. Lighten up was the head of justness Usman Bin Affan Islamic Trust.

At various times, he represented Nigeria internationally in Qur’anic recitation competitions. He was a member of influence “Ulama Consultative Forum” in Zamfara and Bauchi states.

He also nip various Islamic programmers on broadcast and television stations like Relay Kaduna , Bauchi Radio Close-together, ARTV Kano, DITV Kaduna, NTA Borno, OITV Damaturu, and NTA Yola, among others.

Sheik Ja'afar preached in Maiduguri's Indimi Mosque, which was attended by the Deputy Controller of Borno.

His Death

On Friday, 13 April 2007, at around 5:30am, Sheikh Ja’afar was shot stretch leading the Fajr (Morning) plea at the Dorayi Juma’at Mosque.

The assassins shot Sheikh Ja’afar undergo close range tearing his casket and abdomen.

Soon after significance incident he was taken stunt Malam Aminu Kano Teaching Clinic (AKTH) where he died beforehand he could receive medical attention.

Prayer

Allahummagfir Sheikh Ja`afar Mahmud Adam, Warfa ‘Darajatahu Fil Mahdiyin, Wakhlufhu Fi Aqbibihi Fil Ga-Birin, Wagfir Lana Walahu Ya Rabbal Alamin- Wafsah Lahu Fi Qabrihi Wanawirlahu fih.

Meaning: O Allah!
